| The license fee shall be Three Hundred and fifty ($350) per year. Such fee shall not be prorated. | Unless otherwise cancelled, revoked, or suspended, the license shall be valid for a one-year period. | The license may be renewed, provided the licensee is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the New Haven Code of Ordinance (Ord.
